If you wish to return an item you have bought, please contact us via email at email@example.com to let us know your intention to return.
Returns on all merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the items are unused, unworn, and unwashed. CDs must remain factory sealed, unless they are damaged or defective.
All shipping costs and shipping sales tax for returns must be covered by the buyer. Please get in touch with us BEFORE shipping out any returns or we cannot be responsible for any additional fees or costs made in error. If the return is a result of the Poranguí Official Store error, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
